The power mixer is a hybrid equipment integrating planetary stirring and high-speed dispersion, offering high production efficiency. During operation, the stirring device rotates both around the central axis and on its own axis, enabling independent low-speed mixing or high-speed dispersion, as well as simultaneous mixing and dispersion. This results in complex material movement with intense shearing and kneading. The equipment features a unique sealing design, allowing pressurization or vacuum during the production process. Working Principle of Planetary Power Mixer
The power mixer is equipped with low-speed stirring components and high-speed dispersion components. The low-speed stirring components use planetary gear transmission, allowing the stirring paddle to rotate both around the central axis and on its own axis, moving materials up, down, and around to achieve ideal mixing results in a short time. The high-speed dispersion components rotate around the central axis along with the planetary frame while rotating at high speed on their own axis, subjecting the materials to intense shearing and dispersion mixing, with effects several times that of ordinary mixers. The dispersion components include single and dual dispersion shafts, and customers can choose according to their needs. Two double-frame stirrers rotate around the central axis and on their own axis simultaneously in the tank, enabling vacuum, heating, cooling, and adjustable speed as needed. Multiple mixing tanks can be operated with one machine. The matching discharging machine makes discharging more convenient.
