Working Principle of Planetary Power Mixer
The power mixer is equipped with low-speed stirring components and high-speed dispersion components. The low-speed stirring components use planetary gear transmission, allowing the stirring paddle to rotate on its axis while revolving, causing the material to move up, down, and around, achieving ideal mixing results in a short time. The high-speed dispersion components revolve together with the planetary frame while rotating at high speed, subjecting the material to intense shearing and dispersion mixing, with effects several times that of ordinary mixers. The dispersion components include single and dual dispersion shafts, and customers can choose according to their needs. Two double-frame stirrers revolve and rotate simultaneously in the barrel, enabling vacuum, heating, cooling, and speed adjustment as needed. Multiple mixing barrels can be operated with one machine. The material pressing machine makes discharging more convenient.
