Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Controller

The I30 series motor controller developed by Changsha Shuobo Electronics adopts vector control algorithm. Through the collection and calculation of the motor's three-phase current, DC bus voltage, and motor position signals, as well as the current vehicle requirements, it locates the motor position, outputs three-phase voltage, and controls motor torque and speed.

The I30 series motor controller has two main functions: inversion and control:
Inversion function: Receives DC electrical energy from the battery and inverts it into three-phase AC power to supply the vehicle motor.
Control function: Receives signals such as motor speed and vehicle control. When braking or acceleration occurs, the controller adjusts the motor torque to achieve acceleration or deceleration and provides real-time feedback of motor-related information to the vehicle.
