Introduction to the Electric Control System Solution for Electric Loaders

The electric loader is mainly composed of the frame structure, cabin, working device (bucket, rocker arm, boom, link rod), power system (charger, battery, electric motor), transmission system (reducer, drive shaft), operation control system, hydraulic system, and other components.

The electric loader operation control system developed by Changsha Shuobo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. includes the controller SPC-SFMC-X2424A, display screen SPD-080-Fx, operating handle, steering wheel, accelerator pedal, sensors, and other equipment.

The main control device collects operation signals from the operating handle, analog signals such as angle sensors, temperature and pressure of the hydraulic system, digital input signals like operation switches and proximity switches, as well as bus information from the CAN bus such as BMS and motor drivers. After logical computation by the controller, it controls the output to achieve forward and reverse movement of the loader, steering, boom lifting and lowering, bucket unloading and retraction; it also enables functions such as automatic leveling, automatic lifting, power matching, composite actions, and hydraulic distribution. The power system is divided into dual-motor drive and single-motor drive.

System functions are as follows:

1. Actions such as bucket, rocker arm, boom, and link rod are controlled by proportional valves, ensuring smooth start and stop, minimal impact, and adjustable fine movements;
2. The control system features automatic leveling, automatic lifting, and composite actions, reducing the operational intensity for the operator;
3. Power matching, composite actions, and hydraulic distribution achieve high efficiency and energy savings;
4. Load weight measurement is performed using pressure sensors or weighing sensors, with data computation and display handled by the controller and display screen; dedicated weighing computation and display screens can also be used;
5. The display screen shows rich content and includes built-in reverse camera and voice prompt alarm functions;
