Plastic Drainage Board

Product Introduction:

The plastic drainage board uses a harmonica-style strip made of polyethylene and pure new polypropylene plastic raw materials (white and transparent) as the core strip, with non-woven fabric wrapped on both sides as the filter layer. The core strip serves as the skeleton and channel of the drainage board, featuring a parallel cross-section that provides support and directs the water infiltrating through the filter layer upward for discharge.

The plastic drainage board is inserted into soft soil foundations using an insertion machine. Under the preloading load from the upper part, the pore water in the soft soil is discharged upward through the plastic drainage board into the horizontal drainage system, facilitating outward drainage. It serves as an excellent vertical channel for soft foundation treatment using the drainage consolidation method in saturated cohesive soils such as silt, muddy soil, and hydraulic fill, as well as miscellaneous fill, accelerating the consolidation of soft soil foundations.
