Product Introduction

Fiberglass mesh is based on a glass fiber woven fabric substrate, coated with polymer anti-emulsion. It exhibits excellent alkali resistance, flexibility, and high tensile strength in both warp and weft directions, making it widely applicable for thermal insulation, waterproofing, fire resistance, and crack prevention in building interior and exterior walls. The primary type is alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh, woven from medium-alkali-free glass fiber yarn (mainly composed of silicate, with good chemical stability) using a special leno weave structure, followed by high-temperature thermal setting treatment with alkali-resistant solutions and reinforcing agents.

Features

1. Good chemical stability. Resistant to alkali, acid, water, cement erosion, and other chemical corrosion; strong adhesion to resins, easily soluble in styrene, etc.

2. High strength, high modulus, lightweight.

3. Excellent dimensional stability, stiff, flat, resistant to shrinkage and deformation, with good positioning.

4. Good toughness. Excellent impact resistance.

5. Mildew and insect resistant.

6. Fireproof, thermal insulating, soundproof, insulating.

Main Applications

1) Wall reinforcement materials (e.g., fiberglass wall mesh, GRC wall panels, EPS interior and exterior wall insulation panels, gypsum boards, etc.). 2) Reinforced cement products (e.g., Roman columns, chimneys, etc.). 3) Special mesh for granite, mosaic, and marble backing. 4) Waterproof membrane fabric, asphalt roof waterproofing. 5) Skeleton material for reinforced plastic and rubber products. 6) Fireproof boards. 7) Grinding wheel base fabric. 8) Geogrids for road surfaces. 9) Building joint tapes, etc.
