PP Welded Grating

PP welded geogrid is a new type of green building material made by reinforcing polyethylene and polypropylene stretched strips with enhanced fibers and welding them into a "#" shaped structure. It can be categorized into unidirectional and bidirectional adhesive-welded geogrids. This product offers advantages such as high strength, low deformation, corrosion resistance, convenient and fast construction, and low cost. It ensures smooth laying and positioning, meeting engineering requirements for over 100 years of service life.

Features:

PP welded geogrid exhibits high strength and low elongation (breaking elongation not exceeding 12%), with minimal creep deformation. The grid reinforcement strengthens and stabilizes the foundation, enhances bearing capacity, reduces uneven settlement, and prevents the formation of soil failure surfaces. PP welded geogrid also demonstrates good flexibility. Due to its material being reinforced through strong stretching and double-sided clamping of transverse rib straps, it retains its geogrid performance even if cracking occurs.

Application Areas:

It can be used in construction projects such as highways, railways, bridge abutments, docks, slope protection, slag yards, and other areas for reinforcing, strengthening, and stabilizing weak foundations, as well as in retaining walls and pavement anti-cracking engineering.
