Steel-plastic composite reinforcement strip refers to a comprehensive product made of specially manufactured micro high-strength galvanized iron wires, externally coated with anti-aging, acid and alkali-resistant polyethylene resin, combining rigid and flexible materials. Also known as steel-plastic composite reinforcement strip, its main load-bearing component is the steel wire, with very little creep deformation.

Characteristics of Steel-Plastic Composite Reinforcement Strip:

● High Tensile Strength: The main load-bearing component of the steel-plastic composite reinforcement strip is the high-strength galvanized iron wires inside. The tensile strength of the strip can be adjusted by changing the diameter and number of steel wires according to engineering needs, producing strips with different tensile requirements. Tests by national authoritative institutions show that the tensile strength of each strip is generally greater than 110 MPa to 225 MPa.

● Low Deformation: The high-strength steel wires in the steel-plastic composite reinforcement strip ensure that the elongation at break is ≤3%.

● Long Lifespan: The protective layer of the steel-plastic composite reinforcement strip is made of high-molecular polyethylene material mixed with a certain proportion of anti-aging agents, antioxidants, and other masterbatches, formed by high-temperature extrusion. This ensures the bonding force between the protective layer and the steel wires, allowing them to bear loads together. The hot extrusion process during production reduces molecular gaps, preventing corrosion of the steel wires inside the strip.
