Buffer Bed

The buffer bed is primarily used as a replacement for buffer idlers. It consists of buffer bars, which utilize a high-elasticity special rubber layer to effectively absorb the impact force of falling materials, significantly reducing the impact on the conveyor belt and genuinely improving the stress conditions at the discharge point. The special UHMW polymer polyethylene surface minimizes the friction coefficient between the conveyor belt and the buffer bars, offering excellent wear resistance. The use of the buffer bed ensures surface-to-surface contact with the conveyor belt, distributing force evenly and effectively preventing longitudinal tearing caused by broken or dislodged idlers. It also greatly reduces the likelihood of longitudinal tearing after the belt is penetrated by sharp objects or materials.
