Discharger

Dischargers are categorized into three main types: standard, pressure-resistant, and high-temperature resistant. Dischargers can be driven at a constant speed to continuously discharge materials at a controlled rate, or operated at variable speeds to function as feeders. Standard Discharger: Suitable for general materials at temperatures below 150°C and room temperature. It can continuously and uniformly supply materials to the conveying pipeline, while also serving as a discharger in systems and dust collection units. Pressure-Resistant Discharger: It features a sealed rotor and is widely used in suction-type, pressure-type pneumatic conveying systems, and negative pressure conveying equipment. The rotary discharger ensures no leakage of air pressure in the conveying pipeline, enabling safe material transport and collection. Hence, it is referred to as a universal airlock valve. It not only withstands pressure but also retains the functions of the standard type.
(1) The discharger operates on the planetary rotation principle, with input and output on the same axis and a unique direct connection to the motor, resulting in a compact structure, aesthetically pleasing design, small size, and lightweight.
(2) The discharger operates reliably and smoothly, with low noise, minimal failures, and a long service life. Its engagement components are made of ductile iron and bearing steel, ensuring excellent performance and high wear resistance.
(3) The bearings and gearbox are positioned away from the valve body to avoid the effects of high-temperature dust. The front and rear end covers offer good sealing performance, preventing dust leakage and extending the service life of moving parts and the lubrication system.
(4) The discharger has strong overload capacity, withstands impact, and has low inertia torque, making it suitable for frequent starts and reverse rotation.
(5) Custom specifications, including motor and sprocket-driven dischargers, can be manufactured upon request.
