Pass-through air shower window

A pass-through window is an auxiliary device for cleanrooms, primarily used for transferring small items between clean areas, or between clean and non-clean areas, to minimize the number of door openings in the cleanroom and reduce contamination. It is widely used in various industries and research fields such as electronics, backlighting, telecommunications, lasers, precision instruments, photovoltaics, new materials, semiconductors, optical fiber cables, biopharmaceuticals, food and beverage, daily chemicals, animal husbandry and veterinary science, bioengineering, universities, and all types of laboratories.

Working Principle:

1. Mechanical Interlock Device: Uses an internal mechanical mechanism to achieve interlocking. When one door is open, the other door cannot be opened; the other door must be closed before the first door can be opened.

2. Electronic Interlock Device: Utilizes integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, indicator lights, etc., to achieve interlocking. When one door is open, the indicator light for the other door does not illuminate, indicating that the door cannot be opened, while the electromagnetic lock activates to enforce interlocking. When that door is closed, the electromagnetic lock for the other door begins to work, and the indicator light turns on, indicating that the other door can be opened.
