Clean booth

1. Clean Booth Structure: The frame is made of 40x40 or 40x80mm industrial aluminum profiles, with air supplied by Fan Filter Units (FFU). The sides are equipped with anti-static curtains or anti-static acrylic panels, and the top is covered with sealed blind plates, forming a sealed area. The internal cleanliness level can reach 10,000 to 100 class. It is particularly suitable for areas within workshops that require high local cleanliness levels, such as assembly line areas and high-precision product assembly zones.

3. Clean Booth Materials
1> Frame: Specialized aluminum profiles, square steel tubes, or stainless steel square tubes.
2> Anti-static curtains: 0.3mm thick grid curtains with excellent anti-static effect, high transparency, clear grid pattern, softness, good toughness, no deformation, and resistance to aging; good thermal insulation, dust resistance, and anti-static performance.
3> Anti-static acrylic panels: Excellent anti-static effect, high transparency, and resistance to aging, suitable for high-demand applications.
4> Top sealing plate of the clean booth: The sealing blind plate can be made of 0.3mm anti-static curtains, 1.0mm aluminum plates, or cold-rolled steel plates with painted finishes.
5> The clean booth can be equipped with a clean lighting system.
6> Fan Filter Unit (FFU): Uses low-noise centrifugal fans, featuring long lifespan, low noise, maintenance-free operation, minimal vibration, and adjustable speed. The High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter is placed at the very end of the fan unit. HEPA filters have low initial resistance, high dust-holding capacity, high filtration efficiency, long service life, and are easy to replace.
