Corrosion-resistant PP sheet with optional colors

PP sheet is a semi-crystalline material. It has low density, is easy to weld and process, and possesses excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance, impact resistance, and UV resistance. It is odorless and is currently one of the plastics that meets environmental engineering standards. The main colors available are white and computer color, while other colors can be customized according to customer requirements. Applications include acid and alkali resistance equipment, environmental protection equipment, wastewater and exhaust gas emission equipment, scrubbers, cleanrooms in semiconductor factories, and related industrial equipment. It is also a material used for manufacturing plastic water tanks. Among them, PP thick sheets are widely used for stamping plates and punch press padding.

The width on both sides of the cut should not be less than 1 cm. When laying PP plastic sheets, all material interfaces should use overlapping cuts. Generally, the overlapping width should not be less than 3 cm. Depending on the type of sheet, corresponding specialized adhesives and applicators should be used. When laying PE sheets, first roll up one end of the sheet, clean both the front and back sides of the PE sheet, and then apply the specialized adhesive to the floor. The application should be even and not too thick. Different adhesives yield completely different results. For specifics, please refer to the specialized adhesive instructions in the product manual.
Laid PP plastic sheets should be grooved after 24 hours. Use a specialized grooving tool to groove the seams of the PE sheet. To ensure the strength of the weld, the groove depth should be two-thirds of the PE sheet's thickness. Before welding, remove any dust and debris from the tank. PP plastic sheets should be cleaned after completion or before use. However, if laying is required within 48 hours, the PE sheet should be cleaned or vacuumed promptly after completion. It is recommended to use a neutral cleaner to remove all dirt. If the surface is heavily soiled, it is advisable to clean the sheet with a washer equipped with a red grinder.
