Jiangsu Tangsheng High Fiber Co., Ltd. is located in Shengze, the Silk Capital of China—a premier textile base in the country, conveniently situated near Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou with excellent transportation access. The company is a modern enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of various eco-friendly fabrics.

The factory is situated in the Wujiang Economic Development Zone, with a current workforce of over 580 employees, including more than 45 technical professionals. It comprises a weaving mill and a coating plant, located at No. 8 Hong'an Development Zone, Shengze Town, Wujiang City, covering an area of 25,000 square meters. Tangsheng Textile Second Branch is at No. 535 North Limin Road, Lili, occupying 9,800 square meters with 4,000 square meters of standard factory buildings. It is equipped with a full set of imported looms (shuttle looms, knitting machines), warping, sizing, and combining equipment, sueding machines, calendering machines, and other textile equipment, along with complete supporting facilities such as water and electricity.

Since its establishment, the company has focused on promoting eco-friendly products: RPET fabric (recycled PET fabric from cola bottles), PET fabric, Recycle PET fabric, low-carbon fabric, bamboo charcoal fiber (bamboo fiber) fabric, modal, rayon fabric, T/C polyester-cotton fabric, eco-friendly satin, RPET short fiber (canvas) fabric, recycled peach skin, suede, and more. The company currently offers various deep processing services for its products, including anti-static, flame retardant, waterproof, moisture-wicking, fluorescent, dot coating, embossing, gold/silver coating, as well as composite materials like PU and TPU breathable membranes, eco-friendly non-toxic backings such as PE, PEVA, TPE, and other special fabric composites. After eco-friendly deep processing, all products can pass international standard tests such as MTL, SGS, ITS, and SCS. We strive for green and eco-friendly practices from weaving and dyeing to finishing.

Origin of RPET Fabric:

Currently, the consumption of PET plastic beverage bottles in China is very high. Recycling waste PET bottles not only reduces environmental pollution but also turns waste into treasure: one ton of recycled PET yarn = 67,000 plastic bottles = reduction of 4.2 tons of carbon dioxide = saving 0.0364 tons of oil = saving 6.2 tons of water.

However, only a small portion is currently utilized, while the rest is discarded arbitrarily, leading to resource waste and environmental pollution. Therefore, recycling technology has broad prospects.
