Uses and Application Scope of BXK Explosion-proof Control Box The BXK series explosion-proof control box (hereinafter referred to as explosion-proof control box) is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1～2. The distribution box is mainly used in Zone 1 or Zone 2 dangerous places where the mixture is Class II Grade T4 group and below, suitable for flammable dust environments Zone 20, Zone 21, Zone 22, and suitable for environments with temperature groups T1-T6. It is used for long-distance control signals, electricity and other lines with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 380V, and is equipped with signal indicator lights.

Product Features

Main Structure

The shell of the control box is made of ZL102 cast aluminum alloy to form the flameproof main chamber and wiring chamber. The main chamber is equipped with components such as buttons and signal lights. It is operated through the operating mechanism and the outer shell handle, and has indicator lights for display. The wiring chamber is provided with wiring terminals connected to the main chamber, and is equipped with cable introduction devices, and is provided with internal and external grounding screws.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Install and fix the control box, open the inlet and outlet chamber covers, connect the cables to the wiring terminals through the introduction device, connect the internal and external grounding wires, close the covers after checking that everything is correct, fasten them with fasteners, tighten the compression nuts to seal the cables, and it can be used after completion.
2. The control box shall not be disassembled at will. Before maintenance, cut off the power supply before opening the cover for maintenance. Do not damage the flameproof surface during maintenance. After maintenance, apply 204-1 anti-rust oil to the flameproof joint surface, close the cover, and tighten the bolts before use.
