Product Introduction:

An independent space composed of various sound insulation components with excellent sound insulation performance is called a sound insulation room. It is a noise control device used to prevent sound waves from entering or leaving a specific area. Sound insulation rooms are typically larger and more functional than sound insulation enclosures.

In addition to wall panels and roof panels with sufficient sound insulation capacity, sound insulation rooms must also be equipped with sound insulation doors, sound insulation windows, and inlet/outlet ventilation muffler systems that have similar sound insulation performance.

Mainly used for: noise isolation of cooling towers, outdoor air conditioning units, CNG refueling station compressors, glass tempering furnace air-blowing sections, metal spraying equipment, air compressors, Roots blowers, ball mills, generators, production line testing rooms, control rooms, audiometric testing rooms, offices, etc.

Structural Performance:

The panels of the sound insulation room are made of galvanized steel sheets, and the perforated panels are made of galvanized steel or aluminum sheets. Depending on the noise reduction requirements, the sound insulation panel structure consists of 4 to 7 different materials. The outer surface can be treated with spray coating, and various colors are available for selection.

The sound insulation wall panels can be assembled using double L-shaped seam overlapping or by utilizing a steel structure framework.

The insertion loss of the sound insulation room is IL = 20–50 dB(A).

Model Specifications:

The dimensions of the CJ-GSJ sound insulation room are determined based on the equipment size. The thickness of the sound insulation wall panels or roof panels mainly comes in two specifications: 100mm and 50mm. Custom non-standard specifications are also available according to user requirements.
