Berkeley Carbon Ribbon Back Coating

     Berkeley UCB550 Ribbon Backcoat Agent is produced using sesqui-organic silicon synthesis technology combined with infrared radiation. It is a multifunctional anti-adhesive release polymer,

which can be air-dried or cured at a low temperature of 90 degrees. It is diluted 10-35 times or more with xylene or 120, and is suitable for substrates such as PET, PE, PP, OPP, etc.

It is used for various wax-based and resin-based ribbon printers to ensure smooth output, stable release force, no migration, and no static electricity. It can also be used for heat transfer release film backcoating to prevent

adhesion. It can be used as a backcoat agent for heat transfer printing and pressure-sensitive adhesive backcoating. When diluted 10-20 times, it can be used for paper transfer release. Packed in 25 kg drums, store in a ventilated, cool place

with a shelf life of two years.
