I. Overview of Suspension Springs:

The suspension spring of a vibrating feeder is one of the essential accessories for vibration motor-type feeders. If users neglect daily maintenance, adjustment, and inspection during production, it can easily lead to premature loosening, cracking, deformation of the steel spring (or rubber spring), and even cause production accidents. Since vibrating machinery is a type of special equipment that involves vibration generators in the work process, various components of the machinery may enter the fatigue period prematurely. Regular inspection and early replacement are very necessary.Vibration damping springs are commonly used elastic elements, widely applied in various vibrating equipment, offering advantages such as good stability, low noise, effective vibration isolation, and long service life.

Our factory produces two types of vibration damping springs: rubber springs and composite springs.

II. Performance Characteristics and Technical Parameters

1. Rubber Spring
Rubber springs are polymer materials with advantages such as low self-heating, good resilience, stable mechanical properties, and long service life.
2. Composite Spring
Composite springs are elastic bodies formed by combining metal coil springs and rubber into one unit. They integrate the advantages of both metal and rubber springs while overcoming their shortcomings. They offer stable switching and mechanical performance, can withstand heavy loads and large deformations, and provide excellent vibration isolation and noise reduction, smooth operation, and short resonance periods. They are particularly suitable for large vibrating equipment in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and coal.
