I. Working Principle of the 530 Vibrating Screening Machine

The DZSF series vibrating screening machine/linear vibrating screen is driven by dual high-altitude vibration motors, capable of normal operation at altitudes up to 3,200 meters. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis and combine into a resultant force perpendicular to the motor axis. As a result, the screen machine moves in a straight line. The axes of the two motors are at an angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the material's self-weight, the material is thrown up, jumps, or moves forward in a straight line on the screen surface, achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. It is suitable for screening various dry powdery or granular materials with a particle size of 0.074–5 mm, moisture content less than 7%, and no stickiness. The feed particle size should not exceed 10 mm.

V. Screening Principle of the Vibrating Screening Machine

Material enters the screening machine's feed inlet evenly from the feeder. Under the excitation of the vibration motor, it moves toward the discharge outlet while jumping and screening. Through multiple layers of screen meshes, several types of products and unqualified oversize and undersize materials are separated and discharged from their respective outlets, flowing into storage bins or containers.
