The entire series of vertical elevators use vibration motors as the vibration source, utilizing the combined amplitude of the two vibration motors to convey materials upward along the spiral conveying chute. The DZC vertical conveyor is mainly used for lifting granular, powdery, and block materials. This conveyor has a simple structure, is easy to maintain, delivers materials quantitatively, and has continuously adjustable conveying capacity. It can be used for vertical conveying of small granular materials in various industries. In addition to lifting materials from bottom to top, it can also perform drying and cooling of materials. It comes in two structures: open trough and enclosed types, and can be designed as screening elevators for material particle classification or for lifting flammable and explosive materials based on different process requirements.

Usage Instructions:
1. The motor must operate in reverse rotation.
2. The motor should have phase loss protection.
3. During operation, all obstacles should have a certain clearance from the equipment or use soft connections.
4. The motor requires regular lubrication (No. 2 lithium-based grease).
5. During use, check if the damping springs are damaged; if damaged, replace them promptly.
6. Feeding must be continuous, with controlled material input; avoid overloading to prevent chute overflow.
