The rotary vibrating screen uses a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The eccentric weights at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor convert rotational motion into three-dimensional movement—horizontal, vertical, and inclined—which is transmitted to the screen surface. Material enters the equipment through the feed inlet and, depending on the screening requirements, passes through 1 to 5 layers of screens with different mesh sizes. During this process, cleaning devices located under each screen layer continuously impact the screen, ensuring smooth screening and effectively preventing material clogging. Materials of different mesh sizes are discharged through the corresponding screen layers or through discharge outlets set at each layer, ultimately achieving the purpose of screening or filtration. Adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower ends of the motor can change the material's trajectory on the screen surface.

The operation of the motor causes the vibrator to generate excitation. Through spring connections, the vibrating part performs a complex spiral vibration. This vibration trajectory is a complex spatial three-dimensional curve, which projects as a circle horizontally and as ellipses on two vertical planes (i.e., up-down, left-right, and inclined three-dimensional motion).
