The vibration mill is an ultra-fine grinding equipment that uses balls or rods placed inside the mill cylinder to grind materials to the required particle size through rapid rotation of the mill. The vibration of the medium inside the mill can crush materials smaller than 2mm to several micrometers. • When the power is turned on, the drive motor rotates the eccentric blocks in the exciter through a flexible coupling, generating a periodic excitation force. This causes the mill cylinder to produce high-frequency vibrations on the support springs, resulting in an elliptical motion trajectory approximating a circle. As the mill cylinder vibrates, the medium inside the cylinder acquires three types of motion: intense projectile motion, which rapidly breaks down large pieces of material; high-speed unidirectional rotation, which grinds the material; and slow revolution, which homogenizes the material. During the vibration of the mill cylinder, the grinding medium strongly impacts and rotates, grinding the material entering the cylinder under the impact and grinding action of the medium. The material gradually moves toward the discharge port as the material surface balances and is finally discharged from the mill cylinder as the grinding product.
