The crank link mechanism is the main moving part of an engine that realizes the working cycle and completes energy conversion. During the power stroke, it converts the thermal energy generated by fuel combustion into mechanical energy through the reciprocating motion of the piston and the rotational motion of the crankshaft, outputting power externally; in other strokes, it relies on the rotational inertia of the crankshaft and flywheel to drive the piston up and down through the connecting rod, creating conditions for the next power stroke.
Reciprocating coal feeders are suitable for mines and coal preparation plants, evenly loading coal from bunkers onto conveyors or other screening and storage devices. The machine structure consists of a frame, base plate (feeding chute), transmission platform, funnel gate, support rollers, etc.
Reciprocating feeders are suitable for bulk material transfer in mines, pits, coal preparation plants, intermediate stations, coal conveyor workshops, and bulk material terminals at ports. They can evenly transfer bulk materials from bunkers or directly onto belt conveyors or other screening equipment and storage devices for coordinated use. They achieve uniform feeding of bulk materials such as ore, sand coal, and grain. This equipment is installed under the hopper, with the transmission device being suspended. Depending on the feeding capacity, it can be divided into four specifications of coal feeders.
When coal enters the feeder through the control gate and passes through the weighing area of the electronic belt scale on the belt, the high-precision strain gauge weight sensor installed on the weighing bridge converts the weight of the coal into a voltage signal and sends it to the integrator. Simultaneously, the integrator receives the pulse signal from the photoelectric speed sensor installed on the tail drum. By integrating the weight signal and the speed signal, it calculates the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative quantity.
