Novel Structure
The switchgear's trolley is connected to the rotating guide rail via a pusher. Closing the rotating guide rail automatically pushes the trolley from the test position to the working position; opening the rotating guide rail automatically pulls the trolley from the working position back to the test position. By pressing down the connecting rod of the pusher, the trolley can be pulled along the opened rotating guide rail from the test position to the maintenance position outside the switchgear. This structure features simple and effortless trolley pushing and pulling, accurate trolley positioning, strong interchangeability, and unaffected trolley movement by floor height.
High Reliability of Main Switch Operation

For frequent operation scenarios, the BC switch, an award-winning product at the Paris Invention Exhibition invented by our general manager, can replace traditional vacuum circuit breakers. The BC switch integrates the main functions of a circuit breaker and a contactor. During normal operation, it functions as a contactor, featuring a simple operating mechanism, high reliability, frequent operation capability, and long mechanical and electrical life. In the event of a short-circuit current, the BC switch automatically switches to circuit breaker mode to interrupt the short-circuit current.
Small Footprint and Light Weight
The standard single-layer trolley-type high-voltage vacuum switchgear has external dimensions of width*depth*height: 800mm*1150mm*1700mm. Its small footprint helps save infrastructure investment and facilitates underground transportation.
Comprehensive Protection Functions
The switchgear can be configured for various protection functions depending on the application, including short-circuit, overcurrent, leakage, insulation monitoring of high-voltage cable cores, undervoltage, and operational overvoltage protection. Protection devices can be traditional electromechanical relays, microprocessor-based comprehensive protection devices, or integrated automation protection devices with remote control, telemetry, and telemetry functions.
High Enclosure Protection Level
