Flexible Design

Busway can be customized to meet customer needs with special design components, such as 30° bends, 45° bends, and 90° bends, which can be either horizontal or vertical.

Heating Device

On both sides of the busway, heaters are added every two meters to facilitate the removal of condensation that may form inside the duct when the busway is not in use for extended periods. At wall penetration points, wall sleeves are installed to completely isolate the outdoor and indoor busway sections.

Water Collection Trough and Automatic Function

The manufacturing process and rational structure ensure that the busway surface remains clean and elegant, meeting the requirement of no water accumulation both indoors and outdoors. Necessary busway base plates are equipped with water collection troughs, and automatic water discharge devices are installed at the ends of these troughs. This effectively removes accumulated water inside the busway while preventing the entry of dust and foreign objects.

Vibration Damping Measures

To mitigate the impact of vibrations generated by transformer operation on the enclosed busway, flexible connections are used at joints, rubber pads are added between enclosures to reduce vibrations, and shock absorbers are installed on the enclosed busway body. This provides elastic support for high-voltage insulators and conductive bars, effectively avoiding damage to the enclosed busway caused by mechanical and seismic waves from the enclosure.

Low Maintenance

The design and manufacturing of enclosed busways are aimed at long service life and minimal maintenance requirements. Generally, only simple periodic inspections and checks for loose bolts are necessary.

4. Circuit Optimization

By using busways, certain branch circuits can be consolidated and converted into a large busway via plug-in boxes. This simplifies the electrical system, resulting in lower current values for multiple strands. Consequently, it reduces project costs and facilitates maintenance. In contrast, traditional cable systems make the electrical system extremely complex, bulky, and difficult to maintain, thereby wasting project costs and installation space.
