Belt bucket elevator

I. Purpose and Features

The TD/TH type belt bucket elevator (hereinafter referred to as this machine) is a new product designed by our company. The main structural parameters of this machine comply with JB3926-1899 Vertical Bucket Elevator (this standard is equivalent to and adopts international and foreign advanced standards). The traction component uses a high-strength polyester rubber conveyor belt, employing the "digging method" for loading and "centrifugal" and mixed methods for unloading.
This machine is suitable for powdery, granular, and small lump materials with a bulk density not exceeding 1.5 tons/m³, such as coal, cement, sand, grain, etc., which are non-abrasive or semi-abrasive. The general material temperature should not exceed 60°C; if heat-resistant belts are used, the material temperature should not exceed 120°C.
