1. Rated capacity: 240 liters (11KG), the deviation between actual capacity and rated capacity should be within 0~5% positive deviation. Dimensions: Length 720mm * Width 560mm * Height 1000mm ±20 (excluding lid), height including lid: 1070mm. Thickness requirements: Lid ≥4mm, bottom ≥5mm, wall thickness ≥6.5mm. Barrel body weight ≥11.0kg, lid weight ≥1.2kg, total weight with lid and axle ≥14.9KG. Solid axle: 1.35Kg, hollow axle: 0.3Kg, wheels ≥2.4Kg. Material: New high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

2. Product requirements:

(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and flat surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, sand holes, black spots, cracks. The color of the barrel body and lid should be consistent for the same batch of plastic garbage bins, with no obvious deformation at the closure.

(2) The product is made from new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material through one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement and UV inhibitors added. The pigment content is 5% to ensure bright color and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the barrel should meet the requirements of GB/T 16422.2, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The barrel body features longitudinal concave surfaces on all four sides, enhancing toughness, load-bearing capacity, and stability. Additionally, each top outer edge has four longitudinal reinforcing ribs with a thickness of no less than ≥8mm.
