1. Rated capacity 30 liters (1.6KG), the deviation between actual capacity and rated capacity should be within 0~5% positive deviation. Dimensions: length 390mm * width 350mm * height 508mm. Thickness requirements: wall thickness ≥2mm. Barrel body ≥1.35kg, lid ≥0.25kg. Material: new high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

2. Product requirements:

(1) Appearance performance: smooth and flat surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, sand holes, black spots, cracks. The color of the barrel body and lid should be consistent for the same batch of plastic garbage bins, and there should be no obvious deformation at the closing parts.

(2) The product is made of over 95% new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, formed by one-time injection molding, with the addition of high-quality reinforcement, anti-UV agents, and color pigments to ensure bright colors and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the barrel should meet the requirements of GB/T 16422.2, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The barrel body features a longitudinal concave design on all four sides, making it more flexible, with greater load-bearing capacity and more stable performance. The barrel opening is equipped with reinforcement ribs.
