2. Product Requirements:

(1) Appearance performance: Smooth and flat surface, free from bubbles, ripples, impurities, pinholes, black spots, or cracks. The color of the plastic garbage bin body and lid should be consistent for the same batch, and there should be no obvious deformation at the closing parts.

(2) The product is made of over 95% new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, formed by one-time injection molding, with high-quality reinforcement and UV-resistant agents added, along with color pigments to ensure bright colors and long-lasting fade resistance. The aging resistance of the bin body should comply with GB/T 16422.2 requirements, with sufficient mechanical strength and good impact toughness.

(3) The four sides of the bin body feature longitudinal concave designs, enhancing toughness, load-bearing capacity, and stability. The bin opening and both sides are equipped with reinforcement ribs.

(4) The bin handle has two connecting reinforcement ribs attached to the body, making the handle connection more robust and extending the bin's service life.

(5) The bottom can be fitted with 10 wear-resistant nails, featuring a mesh design around the perimeter and a concave-convex shape in the center.

(6) The recessed dimensions on both sides of the bin body below the reinforcement ribs: 190mm * 730mm. The recessed dimensions on the front and back of the bin body below the reinforcement ribs from top to bottom: 190mm * 730mm.

(9) Connection between rubber wheels and bottom axle: Direct insertion with anti-retreat and anti-theft connection. The axle is made of galvanized steel and treated for corrosion resistance. The inner ring of the rubber wheel is polyethylene with a built-in steel sleeve, and the outer ring is rubber.
