Huabi took the lead in formulating the nation's first product quality appraisal standard, "T/SFJD001-2019 General Procedure Specification for Product Quality Appraisal," and participated in the formulation of the "Jiangsu Quality Association Product Quality Appraisal Management Measures (Trial)." Huabi is a professional appraisal institution that meets the requirements of the "Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Appraisal Management Issues," is licensed to provide services to the public, and is a certification body approved by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration. It has received accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), Qualification Certification (CMA), the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), China Classification Society (CCS), DNV GL (Norway and Germany), Lloyd's Register (LR), and other comprehensive laboratories. Established in 2006 with investment from Shanghai Fudan University, it currently employs over 500 professional technicians and more than 5,000 experts. The total laboratory area is 20,000 square meters, equipped with over 1,200 sets of specialized appraisal instruments and equipment, with a total value exceeding 100 million yuan.
