Compared to forgings of the same material, liquid-formed parts have a loose structure and coarse grains, making channel iron prone to internal defects such as shrinkage cavities, shrinkage porosity, and gas pores. Its mechanical properties are relatively low. Additionally, the labor intensity is high, and working conditions are poor. It possesses excellent mechanical and physical properties, offering a combination of various strengths, hardness, and toughness, as well as one or more special properties such as wear resistance, low temperature resistance, etc.
The working surface of the channel iron must not have defects that severely affect its appearance and usability, such as pores, sand holes, cracks, or rust.
The formation of channel iron: The iron floor is sourced from underground layers, which have undergone natural aging over hundreds of millions of years, resulting in a highly stable form that is not prone to deformation due to常规 temperature differences. The granite material, selected through strict physical testing, has fine crystals and a hard texture, with a compressive strength of 2290-3750 kg/cm² and a Mohs hardness of 6-7.
