Product Introduction

1. The device consists of I-shaped aluminum alloy rails, end anti-derailment devices, swivel fittings, connection hardware, fall arresters, and fixing hardware. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a design lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.

2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the rail is installed.

3. The device features a built-in rail structure, providing dustproof, anti-fouling, and easy de-icing capabilities. It is simple and lightweight, with each meter of rail weighing no more than 1.3 kg. The surface roughness of the rail is no greater than 6.3, and the cross-sectional structural deviation is less than 0.5 mm.

4. The device can carry a total mass of 100 kg, including the operator and carried items. When a tower climber wearing a safety harness with a shock-absorbing pack falls, the impact force on the person is less than 6 kN, and the device shows no structural damage.

5. The rail can withstand a static load of 15 kN without any structural damage.
    
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6 kg) with a design service life of 5 years. It provides one-way locking when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved rails, and allows bidirectional free sliding on horizontal rails. It retains its locking function upon impact and resumes normal operation after unlocking.

7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15 kN and an impact load of no less than 100 kg. When used, the fall distance is short (no more than 1.0 m), the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1 m, and it features inertia-free locking.

8. Installing or removing the fall arrester from the rail requires two manual operations. The fit between the rail and the fall arrester is tight (no more than 2 mm), and the fall arrester surface has a clear usage (arrow) direction.
