Product Introduction

1. The device consists of aluminum-clad steel aluminum alloy guide rails, stainless steel core, end anti-drop device,转向器, connecting fittings, fall arrester, and fixing fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.
2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the guide rail is installed.
3. The device adopts a built-in guide rail structure, resistant to rust, pollution, easy to maintain, simple and lightweight structure, with each meter of guide rail weighing no more than 1.5kg. The guide rails are connected using male-female core holes for easy alignment and installation. The surface roughness of the guide rail is no greater than 6.3, and the cross-sectional structural deviation is less than 0.5mm.
4. The device can carry a total mass of 100kg for the operator and carried items. Tower climbers wear a safety harness with a缓冲包. In the event of a fall, the impact force on the person is below 6kN, and the device does not fail.

6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6kg) with a designed service life of 5 years. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and can resume normal operation after unlocking.
7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15kN and an impact load of no less than 100kg. When using the fall arrester, the fall distance is short (not exceeding 1.0m), the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1m, and it avoids inertial locking.
8. Removing or installing the fall arrester on the guide rail requires two manual operations. The fit clearance between the guide rail and the fall arrester is tight (not more than 2mm), and the fall arrester surface has a clear usage (arrow) direction.
