Product Introduction

1. The device consists of I-shaped aluminum alloy rails, end anti-derailment devices, swivels, connecting fittings, fall arresters, and fixing fittings. All components undergo anti-corrosion treatment to ensure a design lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.

2. The device is suitable for all types of towers and can effectively lock at any part of the tower where the rail is installed.

3. The device features a built-in rail structure, providing dustproof, anti-fouling, and easy de-icing capabilities; it is simple and lightweight, with each meter of rail weighing no more than 1.3kg, a surface roughness not exceeding 6.3, and a cross-sectional structural deviation of less than 0.5mm.

4. The device can carry a total mass of 100kg, including the operator and carried items. When a tower climber wearing a safety harness with a shock-absorbing pack falls, the impact force on the person is less than 6kN, and the device shows no structural damage.

5. The rail can withstand a static load of 15kN without any structural damage.
    
6. The fall arrester is lightweight (0.6kg) with a design service life of 5 years. It provides one-way locking when passing through vertical, inclined, and curved rails, and allows bidirectional free sliding on horizontal rails. It does not lose its locking function upon impact and resumes normal operation after unlocking.

7. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15kN and an impact load of no less than 100kg. When used, the fall distance is short (not exceeding 1.0m), the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 0.1m, and it features inertia-free locking.

8. Installing or removing the fall arrester on the rail requires two manual operations. The fit between the rail and the fall arrester is tight (not exceeding 2mm), and the fall arrester surface has a clear usage (arrow) direction.
