Fall arrester

Aluminum alloy CNC precision machining, lightweight and convenient, easy to carry. When installing or removing the fall arrester on the guide rail, at least two manual operations are required to complete the process. The lever-type buckle features inertia-free locking.

Product Introduction

1. The device consists of 304 stainless steel strand (φ10/1×19), crimping screw, upper and lower fixed supports, anti-swing ring, guide support, and special fixing hardware. All connection and fixing components are treated with hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion, ensuring a design lifespan equivalent to that of the tower.

2. The fall arrester has a design service life of 5 years. It is lightweight and easy to carry, weighing only 0.5 kg. Two actions are required to open it during use, and clear arrow directions are marked on the body to prevent incorrect installation.

3. The fall arrester can withstand a static load of no less than 15 kN and an impact load of no less than 100 kg. When using the fall arrester, the falling distance is short (not exceeding 1.0 m), and the locking distance of the fall arrester is no more than 10 mm. It features inertia-free locking.

4. The device can be installed and effectively locked on different types of towers and positions. It operates normally under conditions such as rain, frost, cold, heat, oil, and dust. It does not lose its locking function in the event of collision during a fall and can resume normal operation after the locking function is released.
