Constant Temperature and Humidity Integrated Unit
The Huashi Dadi Constant Temperature and Humidity Integrated Unit is manufactured with precision craftsmanship to ensure equipment stability and durability, enhancing the user experience. The built-in intelligent control system enables automated operation, reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency. The operation of the constant temperature and humidity unit system is achieved through three interconnected systems: the refrigerant cycle system, the air circulation system, and the electrical control system.
Refrigerant Cycle System:
Liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from the air (cooling and dehumidifying the air) and begins to evaporate. Eventually, a temperature difference forms between the refrigerant and the air, and the liquid refrigerant completely evaporates into a gaseous state. It is then drawn into and compressed by the compressor (increasing pressure and temperature). The gaseous refrigerant absorbs heat through the condenser (air-cooled/water-cooled) and condenses into a liquid. After throttling through the expansion valve (or capillary tube), it becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant and enters the evaporator, completing the refrigerant cycle process.
Air Circulation System:
The fan is responsible for drawing air in from the return air vent. The air passes through the evaporator (cooling and dehumidifying), humidifier, and heater (heating) before being delivered to the user's required space via the supply air vent. The delivered air mixes with the air in the space and returns to the return air vent.
Electrical Control System:
Includes the power supply section and the automatic control section.
The power supply section supplies power to the compressor, fan, humidifier, etc., through contactors.
The automatic control section is further divided into temperature and humidity control and fault protection:
Temperature and humidity control is achieved through temperature and humidity controllers, which compare the return air's temperature and humidity with the user-set values and automatically operate components such as the compressor (cooling and dehumidifying), humidifier, and electric heater (heating) to achieve automatic constant temperature and humidity control.
Fault protection control is achieved through a combination of pressure protection, delay timers, relays, overload protection, etc., to provide fault protection for components such as the compressor, fan, and humidifier.
Unit Features:
1. Advanced Control:
The unit uses intelligent instruments or programmable logic controllers (PLC) for control, offering high precision and reliability. The unit's instruments can be pre-equipped with remote control interfaces, facilitating remote centralized control and saving management manpower. Modern control technologies are fully applied, and control models are optimized to ensure the unit's operating mode adapts to changes in annual working conditions, improving the unit's seasonal energy efficiency ratio.
2. Multiple Protections:
The unit is equipped with protections such as high pressure, low pressure, overload, short circuit, phase loss, overheating, and low air pressure, as well as pump and fire damper interlock protections.
3. The unit fully utilizes high-efficiency scroll compressors (below 50Hp) and semi-hermetic screw compressors (above 60Hp) with high energy efficiency ratios (EER).
4. With the seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) as the optimization goal, the system matching theory is fully introduced, and computer-aided design technology is widely used to optimize the structural parameters of each component in the refrigeration system. This ensures reasonable performance matching among components, forming a complete whole to guarantee efficient and reliable operation under various annual working conditions.
5. Modern control technologies are fully applied, and control models are optimized to ensure the unit's operating mode adapts to changes in annual working conditions, improving the unit's seasonal energy efficiency ratio.
6. Versatile functionality with a wide temperature control range (5~32°C) and high annual operating efficiency. Equipped with a fresh air ventilator interface, users can configure a fresh air ventilator. During transitional seasons and winter, the unit can automatically introduce low-temperature outdoor air indoors for ventilation and cooling, while also reducing the main unit's operating time to save energy. This feature is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring ventilation during transitional seasons and cooling in winter.
