FDS Conveyor System

The FDS friction drive system utilizes friction wheels to propel the trolley group, enabling continuous operation of the transport trolleys to complete the entire conveying process. It is widely used for the rapid transportation of assembly and welding materials in the automotive industry. The system consists of elevators, drive units, FDS trolley groups, tracks, switches, steel platforms, balance rails, lifting fixtures, inspection tools, and electrical control systems. The operating speed ranges from 0 to 60 m/min, with a load capacity of up to 5000 KG.
