High-purity low-sodium white alumina micropowder has a sodium oxide content below 0.1% and very low silicon-iron impurity levels. It is processed from high-purity fused white alumina through crushing, chemical treatment, water washing and overflow, sedimentation, and drying. The alpha-phase conversion rate of high-purity low-sodium white alumina exceeds 97%, with a higher specific gravity than medium-sodium white alumina, high bulk density, low porosity, high refractory stability, strong high-temperature hardness, low thermal shrinkage and expansion, and excellent thermal stability. It can be used not only in traditional applications such as abrasives, grinding tools, and wear-resistant materials but also in advanced alumina ceramics, high-temperature coatings, precision casting, and other industries.
