I. Equipment Overview

The ALC05 series wellhead crude oil water content analyzer represents the pinnacle of our company's nearly 20 years of experience and R&D capabilities in crude oil water content measurement, having received multiple national technical invention patents. This device is capable of adapting to extreme working conditions such as gas-bearing and sediment-laden environments, and can accurately measure the water content of oil-water mixtures even under intermittent gas-liquid flow conditions.

The internal process flow of the ALC05-I wellhead crude oil water content analyzer consists of two mutually bypassing pipe sections. By automatically switching between the measurement pipe section and the bypass pipe section, it enables precise and rapid measurement and analysis of intercepted liquid to obtain accurate water content analysis results. The measurement process consists of the following steps: switching sampling, preliminary measurement analysis, heating for stratification, stratified scanning measurement of water content, and comprehensive water content calculation.

For working conditions involving foamy oil and severe oil-water emulsions, an optional online chemical dosing device can be equipped to periodically and quantitatively inject additives such as demulsifiers and defoamers.

In addition to outputting water content measurement results, the instrument can also measure the gas-liquid ratio under working conditions.

II. Application Scenarios

● Installed at oilfield wellheads to measure the water content of single-well produced liquid: Used in conjunction with liquid volume measurement devices (such as weighing, tipping bucket, dual-volume liquid measurement devices, etc.) to achieve continuous measurement of gas-liquid production, temperature, and pressure of oil wells, and to measure and calculate the crude oil production of single wells.

● Installed on the measurement outlet pipelines of electric multi-way valves or manual valve groups in metering stations to measure the water content of multi-channel single-well produced liquid.

● Installed in offshore platforms, artificial islands, and other scenarios (this crude oil water content analyzer has obtained the CCS Type Approval Certificate from the China Classification Society).

● Utilizes an online sampling and non-real-time measurement working mode, achieving a relatively static measurement process, combined with multi-probe measurement technology to ensure high-precision measurement;

● Settling time and heating temperature can be set to ensure effective separation of gas-liquid and impurities, providing accuracy assurance for stratified scanning measurement;

● Equipped with temperature measurement function, built-in temperature sensor enables temperature compensation for water content measurement results;

● Daily measurement time and frequency can be set, obtaining the water content of each measurement and calculating the comprehensive daily water content;

● Measurement results can be displayed and output, and also feature historical data storage function, capable of saving 100 measurement results;

● Supports Chinese and English interface display and touch operation without opening the cover;

● Built-in intelligent communication and programming interfaces, software can be upgraded remotely/on-site, and the device can be managed via remote APP;

● Easy and quick installation, no requirement for upstream and downstream straight pipe sections, insensitive to flow state and velocity.
