Alkylphenol ethoxylates

1. TX-4 is soluble in oil and other organic solvents, with good emulsifying properties. It is used as a lipophilic emulsifier for preparing w/o emulsions; in some organic synthesis reactions, it serves as a reaction medium to shorten reaction time and improve conversion rate, such as in PVC polymerization as a modifier to ensure uniform particle formation and prevent reactor fouling; it can also be used as a dry cleaning agent.

2. TX-5 is soluble in oils and general organic solvents, used as an emulsifier, coupling agent, antifreeze, rust inhibitor, dispersant, and organic synthesis intermediate.

3. TX-7 disperses in water and mineral oils, with excellent emulsifying and cleaning properties, commonly used as an emulsifier in general industries. TX-7 serves as a cleaning agent in wool, synthetic fiber industries, and metal processing. It can be used as a pre- and post-dyeing scouring and soaping agent for polyacrylonitrile, and as a leveling agent for cationic dyes.

4. TX-9 and TX-10 are easily soluble in water, with excellent emulsifying and cleaning capabilities. They are important components of synthetic detergents, capable of formulating various cleaning agents with strong removal of animal, vegetable, and mineral oil stains; they are part of synthetic fiber oiling agents, providing emulsification and antistatic effects; in blended short fiber sizing, they act as softeners to improve smoothness and elasticity of the size film, with protective colloidal effects; used as emulsifiers in general industries for stable emulsions; as preservatives, wetting agents, battery corrosion inhibitors; in printing and dyeing as leveling, dispersing, wetting, and washing auxiliaries; as leveling agents for low-temperature wool dyeing; as emulsifiers in pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rubber industries; as emulsifiers for asphalt in construction; and as key components in metal water-based cleaners; also used as wetting agents, foaming agents, and mud active treatment agents in oilfields.

5. TX-12 is easily soluble in water, effective as a high-performance scouring agent for raw wool over a wide pH range, and as a heavy-duty low-foam cleaner.

6. TX-15 is used as an o/w emulsifier and as a cleaning agent in metal, machinery, and textile industries.

7. TX-13 to TX-50 are easily soluble in water, with excellent emulsifying, dispersing, wetting, and penetrating properties. They are used as high-temperature emulsifiers, high-electrolyte cleaners, wetting agents, stabilizers for synthetic latex, specialty oil emulsifiers, and pesticide emulsifiers.

Packed in 200kg iron drums, 50kg plastic drums; solid products are sliced and packed in 20kg woven bags. This series is non-toxic, non-flammable, and should be stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, ventilated place. Shelf life: 2 years.
