| I. Reference Formulations 1. For 100% cotton fabrics, shrinkage and wrinkle resistance finishing EFR Resin 80~120g/L 531 Catalyst 20~40g/L HA-soft 80 Polyethylene Emulsion 20~30g/L JFC Penetrating Agent 2g/L HA-920 Softener 10~30g/L 2. For wrinkle-free finishing of thick cotton fabrics (e.g., thick denim, khaki) EFR Resin 100~120g/L 531 Catalyst 30~40g/L HA-soft 80 Polyethylene Emulsion 20~30g/L JFC Penetrating Agent 2g/L HA-920 Softener 40g/L 3. For wrinkle-free finishing of thin cotton fabrics (e.g., shirt fabrics) EFR Resin 80~100g/L 531 Catalyst 20~35g/L HA-soft 80 Polyethylene Emulsion 20~30g/L JFC Penetrating Agent 2g/L HA-920 Softener 20~40g/L 4. For shrinkage and wrinkle resistance finishing of linen fabrics EFR Resin 80~120g/L 531 Catalyst 30~40g/L HA-soft 80 Polyethylene Emulsion 20~30g/L JFC Penetrating Agent 2g/L HA-920 Softener 20~40g/L 5. For rayon garments EFR Resin 80~100g/L 531 Catalyst 25~35g/L HA-920 Softener 10~15g/L JFC Penetrating Agent 2g/L 6. Factories may choose MgCl2·6H2O as catalyst, with dosage at 1/5 of the resin. Adding citric acid at 1% of MgCl2·6H2O dosage may yield better results, but specific formulations should be determined through testing. II. Reference Processes 1. Fabric wrinkle-free finishing Padding: Two dips and two nips or one dip and one nip, pick-up rate 70~80% Drying and setting: 80~100℃, retaining moisture content of 10~15% Curing: 170~180℃, 30-70 seconds or 155~165℃, 2.5~5 minutes 2. Garment wrinkle-free finishing Immersion bath: 15~20 minutes Dehydration: Pick-up rate 70~80% Drying: Below 85℃, retaining moisture content of 15~20% Setting and curing: 150~165℃, 3~5 minutes |

| 1. The alkali content in fabrics before wrinkle-resistant finishing should be below 0.05%, otherwise it may affect the finishing effect. 2. Drying temperature should not be too high, and drying time should not be too long. 3. Fabric strength should be tested in advance to achieve optimal wrinkle resistance. 4.
