| 1. Cold dissolution: Take 6-10% RT soft flakes, gradually add to water at around 30°C, stir evenly, let stand for 1-2 hours, then stir at low speed until uniform. 2. Warm dissolution: Add 6-10% RT soft flakes to water, heat to 50-60°C while stirring, stop heating, and continue stirring into a uniform slurry. |

| 1. Padding method: 2-3g/L, optimal temperature 40-50°C, two dips and two nips or one dip and one nip. 2. Immersion method: 0.5-0.8% (o.w.f), optimal temperature 50-60°C, 15-30 minutes. |
