Propylene Glycol Block Polyether

1. Used as low-foaming detergent or defoamer
L61, L64, F68 are used to formulate low-foam, high-detergency synthetic detergents;
L61 is used as a defoamer in the papermaking or fermentation industry;
F68 is used as a defoamer during blood circulation in artificial heart-lung machines to prevent air entry.
2. Polyether has very low toxicity and is commonly used as a pharmaceutical excipient and emulsifier; it is frequently used in oral and nasal sprays, eye and ear drops, and shampoos.
3. Polyether is an effective wetting agent, used in fabric dyeing, photographic development, and acid baths in electroplating; using F68 in sugar mills increases water permeability, resulting in higher sugar yield.
4. Polyether is a useful antistatic agent; L44 provides lasting static protection for synthetic fibers.
5. Polyether acts as a dispersant in emulsion coatings. F68 serves as an emulsifier in vinyl acetate emulsion polymerization. L62 and L64 can be used as pesticide emulsifiers, as coolants and lubricants in metal cutting and grinding, and as lubricants in rubber vulcanization.
6. Polyether can be used as a crude oil demulsifier; L64 and F68 effectively prevent hard scale formation in oil pipelines and are used in secondary oil recovery.
7. Polyether can be used as a papermaking aid; F68 effectively improves the quality of coated paper.
8. F38 can be used as an emulsifier, wetting agent, defoamer, demulsifier, dispersant, antistatic agent, dust suppressant, viscosity modifier, foam controller, leveling agent, gelling agent, etc., in the production of agrochemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals; also used in metal cleaning, pulp and paper industry, textile processing (spinning, finishing, dyeing, softening), water treatment; and as a rinse aid.
9. P65 is mainly used in the wool spinning industry as a wool protectant. Adding about 0.3% during the wool carbonization process can reduce wool scale damage, increase single fiber strength by 10%, and reduce spinning breakage rate by 10%.
