| Add the emulsifier to tallow and heat until melted. The emulsifier dosage is 20% of the tallow weight. Then add warm water at 40~50°C to the tallow mixture, with the water volume approximately twice that of the tallow. Stir thoroughly until dissolved, then cool to solidify (for reference). |
