I. Purpose
Used for precise automatic detection of various appearance quality indicators of different types of rice (polished rice, brown rice, glutinous rice, etc.) and black rice, enabling multi-parameter, batch-based automatic analysis.
II. Main Technical Specifications
1. ★ Equipped with a dual-light source color scanner with an optical resolution of 4800×9600 and A4 extended size. The scanning area is 30 cm × 20 cm, with a minimum pixel size of 0.0053 mm × 0.0026 mm.
2. ★ Capable of automatically measuring and analyzing over 30g of rice samples in a single operation: chalkiness degree/rate, broken rice rate and small broken rice rate (converted mass ratio), head rice count, head rice rate, national standard grade for rice transparency (direct detection, patent No. ZL 2013 1 0172280.X), yellow rice kernels, yellow index and whiteness of rice, impurity content, mixed variety kernels, defective kernels (immature kernels), and for glutinous rice, the rate of opaque grains, diseased or yellowed grains. Also capable of automatically analyzing the crack rate of rice, the germ rate of brown rice, and the germ area ratio.
3. Automatically measures the area, major axis, minor axis, aspect ratio, roundness, and equivalent diameter of each grain (length measurement error ≤ ±0.05 mm, aspect ratio measurement error ≤ ±0.05, repeatability error ≤ ±0.02; head rice rate and broken rice rate measurement error ≤ ±1.0%, repeatability error ≤ ±0.25%).
4. ★ Capable of automatically measuring and analyzing over 30g of black rice samples in a single operation: blackness degree, black rice rate, head black rice rate, broken rice rate, and small broken rice rate, fully compliant with the relevant detection indicators in the NY/T 832-2004 standard.
5. Capable of large-scale automatic analysis, processing, and output of results. Corresponds to national standards such as GB/T 1350 for paddy, GB/T 17891 for high-quality paddy, or GB 1354-2018 for rice, the new Ministry of Agriculture standard [Rice] NY/T 2334-2013, rice grain type classification and determination LS/T 6116-2016, grain industry standard for rice LS/T 3247—2017, GB/T 35881-2018 for inspection of grain and oils—determination of yellow rice kernels in paddy by image analysis, etc., detecting the mass ratio and kernel count ratio of various indicators.
6. ★ Features automatic learning and recognition capabilities, can automatically separate adhered rice grains and kernels, and perform automatic classification analysis.
7. Analysis images, distribution maps, and result data can be saved. Analysis results can be output to Excel sheets, and analysis-marked images can be output, along with arrangement and measurement charts based on width, length, area, etc.
8. Equipped with a sample barcode and RS232 data software interface for electronic balances. The measurable kernel size range is 0.25–20 mm, with automatic counting accuracy ≥ 99%, and 100% accuracy after interactive correction.
9. The instrument is supported by a cloud platform, allowing analysis data to be saved to the cloud for access anytime, anywhere.
