LA-S Multi-functional Leaf Area Analysis System

I. Purpose

Used for plant leaf area analysis, lesion area analysis, insect-damaged leaf area analysis, leaf color analysis, crop canopy analysis, etc.

II. Main Technical Specifications

1. Equipped with an A3 color scanner with an optical resolution of 1600×1600 dpi, a 14-megapixel camera with a large depth of field, and a mobile power-assisted backlight panel (maximum measurement area: 350*245 mm format). Capable of 4 hours of field backlight illumination, automatic calibration, and automatic image correction.

2. Supports one-click measurement of field live leaf area via photography.

3. Enables large-scale fully automated analysis of multiple leaves for leaf area, perimeter, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width, rectangularity, convexity ratio, leaf sphericity, leaf shape factor, leaf shape parameters, and the number of insect holes, with leaf edge marking for accuracy verification.

4. Capable of analyzing leaf lesion area, insect damage, and insect hole area (including analysis of insect-damaged leaf area where over 2/3 of the leaf is severely damaged).

5. Supports leaf color analysis (with colorimetric characteristics based on the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Color Chart 2015 edition and the Chinese Color System Standard GB/T15608-2006), and can measure the relative chlorophyll content or "greenness" of plants.

6. Can analyze crop canopy community coverage during the seedling stage.

7. Capable of analyzing leaves as small as 1 mm², with an analysis error of <0.5% and analysis time during measurement of <2 seconds. Automatically and independently marked leaf images can be saved, and analysis results can be exported to Excel.

8. Supports interactive measurement of various plant-related dimensions and angles.

9. The instrument features cloud platform support, allowing analysis data to be saved to the cloud for access anytime, anywhere.
