I. Purpose

Used for precise seed testing of various crop seeds (grains, corn, wheat, rapeseed, etc.), and for insect counting analysis in various grain depots. It can also be used for counting smooth-surfaced insects or insect eggs (e.g., rice weevils, aphids, silkworm eggs, fish eggs, etc.), and serves as a seed purity workbench for seed purity inspection.

II. Main Technical Specifications

1. An 8-megapixel color camera with a large depth of field and an A3 ultra-thin backlight panel, featuring automatic correction for camera distortion and backlight uniformity, effectively reducing measurement errors.

5. Automatically measures the shape parameters (length, width, aspect ratio, area, equivalent diameter, perimeter, etc.) of each seed in clustered groups. Accurately displays the bounding rectangle of seeds, automatically sorts and outputs results, and generates particle size distribution charts.

6. Fully automatic seed counting speed ranges from 1,200 to 20,000 seeds per minute, with a counting error of ≤ ±0.1% to 0.4%. Minimal manual correction ensures 100% accuracy. The accuracy error for fully automatic thousand-kernel weight analysis is ≤ ±0.5%. For smaller seeds (e.g., rapeseed, vegetable seeds), the batch size for testing is 5,000 to 10,000 seeds.

7. The analysis process is fully computer-controlled, efficient, accurate, and user-friendly, featuring true one-click operation. Results are displayed instantly with a single mouse click. Includes interfaces for automatic input of barcode data and RS232 weight data from electronic balances.

8. Allows manual counting by selecting areas to add/delete with the mouse or directly counting on the screen, ensuring 100% accuracy for personalized counting in target areas. Also supports counting in any selected area or rectangular region within the workspace.

9. Analysis results can be saved, and comprehensive reports are automatically generated. Statistical analysis results can be exported to Excel, along with arrangement and measurement charts based on width, length, area, etc.

10. The instrument is supported by a cloud platform, allowing analysis data to be saved to the cloud for access anytime, anywhere.
