HiCC-D Fully Automatic Colony Counter Analysis System

I. Purpose

Used for fully automated colony counting analysis, and also for automatic particle counting analysis in microscopic images.

II. Main Technical Specifications

1. ★ Equipped with an 8-megapixel (3264x2448 pixels) color imaging host with autofocus and large depth of field, featuring macro photography capabilities. Fully enclosed dark box to eliminate environmental stray light interference. Capable of dual top and bottom LED color scanning imaging, autofocus, adjustable brightness, optical resolution 40 megapixels. Resolution error ≤0.01mm under uniform backlight or dark-field scanning, capable of identifying colonies ≥0.05mm.

2. Flexible shadowless top light source, bottom light source, and dual top and bottom light sources. 5W high-power 275nm+395nm dual-wavelength UV illumination (for chamber disinfection, UV mutagenesis, bacterial eradication), freely combinable and independently switchable to achieve clear suspended dark-field colony imaging, highlighting colony morphology for optimal colony imaging, enabling user-friendly intelligent recognition and counting.

3. Compatible with petri dishes: 50–130mm (pour plate, spread plate, membrane filter, spiral plate, 3M paper disc).

4. ★ Automatically generates batch processing wizard for one-click automatic counting. Smartdown^TM colony intelligent recognition technology, with automatic colony target enhancement, automatically identifies large clusters, chain-adhered rod-shaped bacteria (microscopically clustered E. coli, bacterial spores), and various colonies on plates (including Staphylococcus aureus counting (GB4789.10-2016), coliform determination (GB4789.3-2016), etc.).

5. Automatic counting accuracy ≥96.5%, with up to 3.5% manual correction to achieve 100% accuracy. Analysis speed: 50–500 colonies/s (counting analysis time 1–4 seconds).

6. ★ Automatically segments overlapping rod-shaped, circular, and other colony targets, user-selectable segmentation or non-segmentation. Manual segmentation and merging of colony target images. Mouse-click correction, seamless removal of grids and text, automatic impurity removal, effectively supports complex microbial statistics, compliant with GB4789.2-2016 automatic parameter conversion.

7. ★ Features rapid level set extraction technology, capable of classifying and counting colonies by 20 categories based on color and shape, with category conversion correction. Simultaneously select up to 6 target areas for separate analysis, freely add, remove, or edit analysis target areas.

8. Automatically obtains colony area, equivalent diameter, major axis, minor axis, aspect ratio, circularity, perimeter, shape factor, etc. Filter and query by morphological indicators.

9. Measures inhibition zone diameter (measurement resolution 0.01mm), with automatic or manual calibration. Precise mouse-drag measurement of length, angle, arc, area, curves, arbitrary curves.

10. ★ Analysis images and data results can be saved, reports generated directly without manual calculation, results exportable to Excel or PDF documents. Features online upgrade capability.

11. ★ Enables data traceability, access control, electronic signatures. System administrator can assign usage permissions to over 10 operators, operational records traceable, compliant with GLP and GMP requirements.
