I. Purpose
Used for determining the color of wheat flour, bran speck area ratio, bran speck density, maximum bran speck area, black speck area ratio, whiteness, and processing precision grade.
II. Main Technical Specifications
1. ★ Automatically determine the color of wheat flour (expressed in L, a, b values), bran speck area ratio (ratio of bran speck area to sample surface area, %), bran speck density (number of bran specks per cm2), maximum bran speck area (mm2), black speck area ratio (ratio of black speck area to sample surface area, %), number of black specks per unit area (black speck density), and whiteness (blue light whiteness).
2. ★ Automatically determine the processing precision grade of the sample (Special Grade 1, Special Grade 2, Standard Flour, Ordinary Flour) based on the standard sample of wheat flour processing precision.
3. ★ Complies with the requirements of national standards "GB/T27628-2011 Grain and Oil Inspection—Determination of Color and Bran Specks in Wheat Flour" and "GB/T5504-2011 Grain and Oil Inspection—Inspection of Processing Precision of Wheat Flour".
4. Measurement accuracy: Chromaticity value (color) 0.01, bran speck content 0.01%, whiteness 0.01.
5. ★ Repeatability precision: For the same sample measured twice, chromaticity value (color) ΔE*ab ≤ 0.2, bran speck content ≤ 0.2%, whiteness ≤ 0.3.
6. Measurement time: Minimum 30 seconds.
7. Warm-up time: 20-30 minutes.
8. ★ Camera resolution: ≥5 megapixels.
9. Can automatically determine whether the sieve mesh is leaking (by comparing the size of the largest single bran speck with the set value).
10. Can automatically calibrate the instrument based on the standard white plate calibrated by national metrology institutions.
11. Can display the detection image and results in real time, and save the detection results and marked images on the computer.
12. Can query data and analyze marked images arbitrarily based on time, product name, inspector, etc., and generate Excel sheets.
