Security Filter Cartridge CLR5-50

The CLR5-30 security filter cartridge is an indispensable device in the pipeline for conveying media. It is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, fixed water level valves, or other equipment to remove impurities from the medium, thereby protecting the normal operation of valves and equipment. When fluid enters the filter cartridge equipped with a specified mesh screen, impurities are blocked, while the clean filtrate is discharged from the outlet. For cleaning, simply remove the detachable filter cartridge, process it, and reinstall it, making maintenance extremely convenient.

I. CLR5-30 Security Filter Cartridge: Made from non-toxic and odorless polypropylene particles, this tubular filter cartridge is formed through heating, melting, spinning, drawing, and shaping. If the primary raw material is polypropylene, it can be referred to as a PP melt-blown filter cartridge. It is not only widely used in large-scale water purification but also exhibits excellent chemical compatibility, making it suitable for filtering strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents. It has a high dirt-holding capacity, long service life, and low cost.

IV. CLR5-30 Security Filter Cartridge Product Applications: PP filter cartridges are used for fine filtration at the front end of reverse osmosis water treatment equipment. Installed inside security (precision) filters, they serve as the final barrier before water enters the reverse osmosis system, filtering out large particles such as sediment, hair, colloids, and flocs to ensure the safe operation of reverse osmosis equipment.

V. Widely Used In: Liquid filtration in industries such as purified water, electroplating solutions, printed circuit boards, solvents, coatings, detergents, medical water, oral products, pharmaceutical injections, beverages, and alcoholic beverages, as well as compressed air and gas filtration.
